BEREA, Ohio — The Browns hopes of having their two-time All-Pro tackle Jack Conklin back on the field Sunday against the Giants were snuffed out on Saturday.
Conklin, who’s been working hard to recover from major reconstructive knee surgery, was downgraded to out on Saturday with a hamstring injury. He was limited on Friday and listed as questionable with his knee injury after participating fully on Wednesday and Thursday. The hamstring wasn’t listed on the injury report on Friday, so it must have been reported on Saturday.
