Lately a lot of people have been talking about mental health issues.

As a young employee just starting my career, I tried hard to prove myself.

Every day, I work overtime, take on extra tasks, and always strive to achieve all the targets given.

At first, everything felt good. I feel enthusiastic and satisfied with what I have achieved.

However, over time, I began to feel tired and drained of energy.

A hobby that I used to love, now I leave it. I rarely spend time with family and friends.

I started to feel myself getting further away from the people I love, even in the middle of the busyness of work.

I realized, this is not a healthy way of life and I started to think it has to do with my mental and physical health.

I am often anxious, have trouble sleeping and am getting more and more tired every day. I knew I needed to find a balance between work and personal life, but didn’t know how to start.

So, I want to know how you all deal with this kind of situation? Have you ever felt so burdened with work that you neglected your personal life? How do you find balance and are there certain steps that help you?
