He said this when he held a meeting with the Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia and Prime Minister Mohammed bin Salman Al Saud, and jointly chaired the Fourth Meeting of the China-Saudi Arabia High Level Joint Committee.
Li recommended that the two countries increase the scope of bilateral trade, strengthen cooperation in traditional sectors such as oil and natural gas, petrochemicals, and infrastructure construction, while also exploring new areas of cooperation such as new energy, information technology, telecommunications, digital economy and others. – other.
“Both countries should mutually encourage local companies to invest in other countries, together maintaining the stability of the global supply chain and industrial chain. China is willing to increase multilateral coordination with Saudi Arabia, promote the unity and cooperation of Asian countries, in order to push global governance to develop towards a more just and rational direction,” said Li.
Crown Prince Mohammed said his side hoped to close the exchange of high-level visits with China, maximize the role of the joint committee mechanism, increase collaboration in the energy, investment, culture and other sectors.
“Saudi Arabia and China practice the principle of respecting the sovereignty of other countries and not interfering in the domestic issues of other countries. Saudi Arabia highly praises China’s fair stance regarding the Palestinian issue, and is ready to coordinate with China on global issues,” he said.
