CLEVELAND, Ohio – Cleveland Mayor Justin Bibb announced last week that the Cleveland Browns intend to leave the city and build a new stadium in Brook Park, but Cuyahoga County Executive Chris Ronayne believes the decision is far from final.
In speaking to cleveland.com and other media on Monday, Ronayne doubled down on his August pledge not to provide county funds for a move to Brook Park.
