CLEVELAND HEIGHTS, Ohio — A couple days shy of his first anniversary as city administrator, Danny Williams announced he will be retiring from the post at year’s end.
But rather than embarking on a full-fledged retirement at that point, Williams said he wants to get back to teaching — at various levels — something he has missed over the past year.
