BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN, 21 OCT – The Syariah Courts, the National Department of Justice, the Prime Minister’s Department have organized an Internal Course entitled Work Environment Balance Course to Become a Successful Public Servant last October 19.
The course, which took place in the Multi-Purpose Hall of the Brunei Supreme Court Building and the Syariah Courts, was attended by 35 participants consisting of officers and staff of the Syariah Court and the National Department of Justice.
The Syariah Courts have invited the Assistant Training Officer from the Public Service Institute, Awang Hadini @ Nizamuddin bin Haji Ibrahim as a course facilitator.
The objective of the course is to increase the understanding of officers and staff on how to be productive and effective civil servants in adapting to changing work environments. It can also help participants cope with stress at work, with an emphasis on mental health and productivity.
In the meantime, the organizers hope that the course will strengthen the quality of work and the mental ability of each participant to perform their respective tasks better.
