CLEVELAND, Ohio – Members of the public wishing to address Cuyahoga County Council will now have just two minutes each to speak, following rule changes voted into effect Tuesday, but the condensed comment period is meant give more people a turn.

Council has been temporarily restricting public comment to 20 people, giving them 3 minutes each to speak, but the new condensed time limit will allow for up to 30 speakers.
