Kozak said that the recent efforts made by the Egyptian government to restore macroeconomic stability have begun to achieve positive results.
She explained that the existence of a flexible exchange rate system remains the cornerstone of the program.
Last August, the International Monetary Fund said in a review that it had eased several conditions in the $8 billion financial support package for Egypt, including allowing Cairo more time to implement reforms.
