WICHITA, Kan. (KSNW) — Evergy employees spent Tuesday giving back. They worked at Botanica to string Christmas lights for Illuminations, which will run from late November until early January.
The company has helped Botanica prepare for the holiday light show for a few years.
“It’s very important to us to give back in the communities. We live here and work here too, so we are just passionate about giving back to the communities we serve,” Kaley Bohlen, communications manager at Evergy, said.
