A cold front recently came through bringing a change in temperatures today and a breeze. Skies have remained in fair shape with not much of an increase in cloud cover.
We have a pleasant day ahead with plenty of sunshine. Temperatures will be near the norm this morning and later this afternoon too.
Regardless of where you are, afternoon highs in the 70s deserve getting some fresh air and spending at least some time outdoors. The breeze that we will start the day with will turn lighter through the day.
Winds will also switch back out of the south beginning later today. Before southerly flow starts to bring warmer temperatures our way, we will start early Wednesday morning with a chill in the air.
We quickly return to the 80s and 90s between Wednesday and Thursday. Wind speeds will continue to be elevated too.
Another front starts to move in from the northwest by late Wednesday. This will allow us to shave a few degrees off of high temperatures by the end of the work and school week but many of us will still be warm for this time of year.
As systems continue to blow through the region all the way through the weekend and into next week, they will continue to come through dry.
High pressure keeps dominating our skies. While there will be some ups and downs in our temperatures, it will not feel quite like October most of the time.
