Franjieh confirmed: “Nabih Berri still supports my candidacy, and we will not stand against any name that is agreed upon.”
And he said Franjieh: “If any team in Lebanon is defeated, all of Lebanon will lose. The most important thing is that our country is victorious, and there is no president who satisfies everyone. In my opinion, we want an actual and legitimate president who must be national and Arab and protect the back of the resistance.”
He continued: “Our priority today is to stop the Israeli aggression. What is important is that we emerge united from the crisis and that Lebanon is victorious. The coming days will confirm that things will be in the interest of Lebanon and not in the interest of the Israeli enemy.”

We talked about a consensual president. Who said that our candidate does not enjoy consensus? Everything is reasonable.”
He added, in response to a question about the opposition’s position, that he asked “our brothers in the opposition to suggest names that can be resolved and agreed upon by everyone, and we are waiting,” revealing that the atmosphere is good.
