CLEVELAND, Ohio – The Guardians will take on the New York Yankees tonight in Game 4 of the American League Championship Series tonight, with first pitch set for 8:08 p.m.
Cleveland is trying to tie the series at 2-2. The game will be shown on TBS, TruTV and Max, and here’s how to watch.
New York will send Luis Gil (15-7, 3.50 ERA, 1.19 WHIP, 171 strikeouts) out as its starting pitcher. The Guardians will open with Gavin Williams, who hasn’t pitched this postseason after going 3-10 with 4.86 ERA during the regular season.
The teams on Thursday night played a Game 3 that will be long remembered, as Guardians rookie Jhonkensy Noel blasted a two-run, pinch-hit homer with two outs in the ninth to tie the game. Then, Cleveland’s David Fry hit a two-run walkoff homer in the 10th to give his team a 7-5 win.
