The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan condemned the statement of the diplomatic department of France, by which the official Paris calls on the citizens of the country to refrain from visiting Azerbaijan in order to avoid arbitrary arrests.
“We resolutely condemn the statement of the Ministry of European Affairs and Foreign Affairs of France”, – according to APA agency, Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry spokesman Aykhan Hajizade said today.
According to an Azerbaijani official, “such an unreasonable and biased decision by France proves that that country wants to further intensify relations with Azerbaijan.”
