Democratic presidential candidate Kamala Harris’ campaign has adopted rules for next week’s debate against Republican rival Donald Trump, including turning off the microphone when it’s the other candidate’s turn to speak, Reuters reported, citing its own source.
The debate will be the first between Trump and Harris. It will host ABC News DIS.N on September 10.
Kamala Harris had previously called on Donald Trump to debate her on microphones throughout the event.
Trump senior adviser Jason Miller said he was thrilled Harris and his team had accepted the rules.
