“How did this happen?” Police chief set to appear before Cleveland City Council about street takeovers

CLEVELAND, Ohio – Cleveland Police Chief Dorothy Todd is expected to appear before City Council on Wednesday about several street takeovers Saturday that blocked intersections and terrified residents.

“How did this happen?” said Council President Blaine Griffin, calling the incident “completely unacceptable.”
