ROCKY RIVER, Ohio — When Rocky River debuted the long-awaited redesigned Bradstreet’s Landing to the public this summer, outdoor enthusiasts ranging from fishermen and kayakers to sea glass hunters and bird watchers flocked to the historic lakefront park.
So many people came, however, there was sometimes nowhere for them to park during peak evening and weekend hours, sparking complaints on social media about the city’s decision to eliminate nearly half of the available parking spaces.
