Sport: Two Premier League games remain before manager Jürgen Klopp’s nine-year reign at Anfield comes to an end.
Van Dijk has one year left on his contract with the club, which will have to go through a significant change when the German disappears out of the gate.
Everything suggests that van Dijk’s compatriot Arne Slot will be Klopp’s replacement.
– The focus is on the last two games, and then we have to concentrate on who will be the new manager and how that transition will be. I will be part of it, said van Dijk after Sunday’s 4-2 victory over Tottenham.
It is not known which players will disappear and who will stay at Anfield, but van Dijk says that there is no doubt for him.
– I enjoy myself here, and I love the club, says the 32-year-old.
