Yesterday, September 5, the German police shot dead an 18-year-old Austrian in Munich during a shootout near the Israeli consulate. Police said the man fired with an old carbine rifle.
The incident took place on the same day when Palestinian militants killed 11 Israeli athletes at the 1972 Munich Olympics.
