ORANGE, Ohio – Issue 32, a zoning amendment on the Nov. 5 ballot that would change the zoning classification of the New Song Church Assembly of God property at 4799 Lander Road, has become a contentious topic for village voters.
Many residents have spoken to Village Council in opposition to the issue, which would rezone three parcels of land on the property from the current U-1 single-family district to an S-1 special residential district.
