The LA district attorney has filed a request for a judge to resent Erik and Lyle Menendez for the 1989 killing of their parents. It comes in the wake of popular documentaries about the case and calls for their release by family members and celebrity supporters. NBC’s Laura Jarrett reports for TODAY.
