BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN, SEPT 29 – In conjunction with the 66th Anniversary of Omar ‘Ali Saifuddien Mosque, Bandar Seri Begawan, members of the mosque takmir committee as well as Syababus Salam Masjid Omar ‘Ali Saifuddien youth and beliawanis held a Riadah for the 66th Year of Omar ‘Ali Saifuddien Mosque, day this.
Present as the guest of honor at the event was the Member of the National Assembly, the Honorable Awang Lawi bin Haji Lamat.
Among other things, the purpose of the leisure is to expand the message of Islam and da’wah in accordance with the function of the mosque in the time of Rasullullah SAW, which is to make the mosque not only a place of worship but also a place for the unification of Muslims in religious, social, cultural and spiritual activities.
In addition, it is also to further strengthen the relationship between the members of the mosque’s takmir committee, Muslim women, youth and beliawanis of the mosque as well as the public in addition to encouraging the mosque with beneficial activities.
