MAYFIELD HEIGHTS, Ohio — City Council approved at its meeting Monday (Sept. 9) two pieces of legislation it believes will start the process of eliminating basement flooding on streets where homeowners have chronically dealt with such problems.
At its soonest, that sewer construction work could begin next summer.
