MAYFIELD HEIGHTS, Ohio — While at Sheetz for a report of large crowds around 11 p.m. Aug. 30, officers saw a shirtless male suspect trying to punch out a back window of a vehicle.
The Cleveland man, 18, was detained.
He said he was punching the window because someone in the vehicle had pointed a gun at him.
