BELAIT, SEPT 9 — More than 100 participants attended the Program ‘Science Series The 20th series titled Forum Rasulullah Icon of Quality Life organized by Da’ie Youth Volunteer Body with the support of the Youth Religious Program Trustee, Islamic Preaching Center (PDI), at Kampung Merangking Hall of Worship, here, recently.
Present as an invited panel for the forum was the Religious Development Officer, PDI, Awang Isham bin Awang Ismail.
Also present were members of the National Assembly as Penghulu Mukim Bukit Sawat, Haji Mohd Salleh bin Haji Othman and Acting Head of Kampung Merangking, Awang Raimey bin Abdullah.
Among the essences presented at the forum is about Rasulullah SAW as an icon of quality life throughout the ages for all mankind; sharing the story of His Majesty’s life to new brothers by introducing his sirah, morals, sunnah and leadership, so as to become a role model for the end times; and the last, introducing the Prophet SAW as the last prophet through his attitude not only towards Muslims but through his values and manners towards non-Muslims.
The program was also accompanied by a performance of Dikir Marhaban by Da’ie Youth Volunteer Committee Committee members, to commemorate the birth month of the great leader of the Prophet Muhammad SAW.
The forum is open to members of the Da’ie Youth Volunteer Organization, As-Syahadah Converted Youth, Program participants Quran 4 Life (Q4L), participants of the Convert Icon Program, as well as residents of Kampung Merangking and its surroundings including the general public.
