Despite being outnumbered for a long time, the Spaniards won 4-1 (2-1) in Switzerland. He had to watch as Scott McTominay (7th) surprisingly and impressively put the Scots in the lead with a header. It was only after the break that Bruno Fernandes (54th) and Ronaldo turned the game around in Lisbon.
In Geneva, the Spaniards took an early lead, Real Madrid’s Joselu headed home in the 4th minute. Just a short time later, Fabián Ruiz (13th) increased the lead for the guests who had dominated until then. BVB goalkeeper Gregor Kobel was powerless to stop the goals.
