New construction at Johannes-Kepler-Platz, reduction of Galileistraße and expansion of Schäfersee into a local recreation area: these are some of the most important key projects for the future design of the star that the city administration is planning in “Star Framework Plan” On Thursday (12 September) the framework plan was presented at an information event. The approximately 150 residents reacted with reservation and criticism, with the increased density of the building at Kepler-Platz and the loss of parking spaces causing particular discontent.
