Northeast Ohio weekend forecast: Expect warm weather to stick around

CLEVELAND, Ohio – The run of warm weather is expected to continue through the weekend and into next week.

According to the National Weather Service’s forecast, Friday’s highs will reach the low 80s while both Saturday and Sunday could be looking at highs in the mid 80s. Lows will fall into the lower 60s each night. In addition to mostly sunny skies, you can expect light breezes to blow on Friday and Saturday before calming Saturday night.

Lake Erie marine conditions

Water temps on Lake Erie are still registering in the low 70s. That should keep temperatures on the lake in the mid 70s for Friday and the upper 70s the rest of the weekend. Wave heights could very from 1-2 feet to less than a foot depending on winds with heights up to three feet farther out.

Work week forecast

Both Monday and Tuesday are expected to see more sunshine with highs in the low 80s each day.
