According to the club, the account on the X platform of the second division football club FC Schalke 04 has been hacked. “Sorry, guys, now it’s got us too. #Hacker,” S04 announced on X after several mysterious posts were published on Tuesday evening.

One post said: “We have big news for the crypto world! What do you think? Check out our next tweet!” The club then presented a supposedly new partnership from the crypto world. A short time later, Royal Blue announced that it was a hack. The posts have since been deleted.
