Disorderly conduct, Wolf Road

On Sept. 14 officers in the area saw a car stopped in the roadway with heavy rear-end damage. There was also a man standing outside the car with no shoes on. Officers spoke with the man, a 38-year-old Cleveland resident, who appeared to be intoxicated. The man failed field sobriety tests and was arrested.

At the police station, the man refused an Intoxilyzer breath test and was combative with officers. He is facing numerous charges.

Later in the night, the man was released to a sober adult. Instead of leaving with the sober adult, the man was seen on camera urinating onto the side of the police station before coming back into the lobby to argue with officers. He was then cited for disorderly conduct and sent away with his sober driver.

At 2:08 a.m., the man was found walking alone on Wolf Road near Dover Center Road. Officers again made contact with the uncooperative man who resisted officers and made claims of injury. His sober driver later arrived and told officers that the man exited her car after being disruptive.

The man was cited again for disorderly conduct and was released to medical care. He was transported to the hospital by the Bay Village Fire Department.
