PARIS, AUGUST 11, ARMENPRESS. The Armenian national team is 66th in the unofficial medal tally of the 33rd Summer Olympic Games in Paris.

According to the correspondent of “Armenpress”, Armenia represented 15 athletes and won 4 medals at the 33rd Olympic Games held in Paris, the capital of France.

Gymnast Artur Davtyan, wrestler Artur Aleksanyan, weightlifter Varazdat Lalayan became silver medal winners of the Summer Olympic Games. Wrestler Malkhas Amoyan won bronze.

In the unofficial medal count of the Olympic Games, the first place was taken by the US team, which has 40 gold, 44 silver, and 42 bronze medals. China is in second place with 40 gold, 27 silver, and 24 bronze medals, and at the end of the three is Japan with 20 gold, 12 silver, and 13 bronze medals.
