It is another chilly and quiet morning. Jackets will be needed before you head out the door.
Temperatures during the warmest part of the day will be in the 60s. Most of us will be below average for this time of year.
Skies are still clear and dry which means we have more sunshine on the way. Winds are light early this morning but a strong breeze will pick up after daybreak.
Temperatures take a bigger dip tonight into the upper 20s and low 30s.
Freeze alerts will be in effect tonight into Wednesday morning.
After tonight, the following mornings will not be as chilly. High temperatures warm up into the 70s late in the week and winds will be gusty.
Rain chances return by the weekend. Showers will be most likely in Western Kansas Saturday.
Any rain will continue to favor Western Kansas Sunday but areas farther east may not be completely dry.
Temperatures stay near average into next week with a continued chance for moisture.
