Robert F. Kennedy Jr. was noticeably absent from his niece Grace Kennedy Allen’s pre-wedding festivities in Massachusetts on Saturday.
More than 24 hours after it was revealed that the former 2024 presidential candidate, 70, allegedly cheated on wife Cheryl Hines, 58, with political reporter Olivia Nuzzi, 31, the Kennedy clan was pictured jumping into Hyannis Harbor during a rainstorm.
In the exclusive images obtained by Page Six, Ted Kennedy’s 30-year-old granddaughter — who will soon walk down the aisle and marry fiancè Sam Jackson — dove into the water with her cousins and some other unidentified family members.
Dressed in nothing but their swimsuits, they were spotted splashing in the water, laughing and having a good time together.
They later huddled on and ran around the boardwalk while trying to dry off with towels.
RFK Jr., however, was nowhere to be seen and it’s not yet clear whether he’ll attend Grace and Sam’s wedding ceremony.
On Thursday evening, Nuzzi released a statement, admitting to having an inappropriate relationship with a former reporting subject.
“The nature of some communications between myself and a former reporting subject turned personal,” New York magazine’s political correspondent, 31, admitted in a statement without naming RFK Jr. She also insisted that her relationship with this person was never physical.
Sources later told The Post that the Washington writer and the nephew of former President John F. Kennedy — who dropped out of the presidential race last month — allegedly sexted while she was engaged to fellow journalist Ryan Lizza, whom she’s no longer marrying.
Reporter Oliver Darcy further claimed in his Status newsletter that Nuzzi and RFK Jr.’s alleged relationship started in December 2023 after she wrote a profile on him for New York magazine.
A representative for RFK Jr., however, denied he entered a romance with Nuzzi.
“Mr. Kennedy only met Olivia Nuzzi once in his life for an interview she requested, which yielded a hit piece,” they said in a statement given to Status.
RFK Jr. — who had several affairs during his previous marriages to Emily Ruth Black and Mary Richardson — has been married to Hines since 2014.
The “Curb Your Enthusiasm” alum has not yet spoken out about the scandal, and her rep had no comment when Page Six sent a request for one.
