On the morning of September 5, the city authorities instructed the residents of Kyiv not to leave the shelters. Russia has started striking again with drones at night.
“There are still a few drones in the capital’s airspace,” Kyiv mayor Vitaly Klitschko warned on his Telegram page.
Ukrainians report that Russian air defense systems have struck several other regions as well, including Chernihiv and Sumy.
Russia also fired missiles and drones at Kiev and the western city of Lviv yesterday. According to the Ukrainian side, at least 7 people were killed as a result of the attack on Lviv.
