Sustenance, the blessing of Allah SWT

By Yusrin Junaidi –

BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN, OCT 13 – Human worries about sustenance often arise from the uncertainty and pressure of life, but the belief that sustenance comes from Allah SWT can provide peace.

In Islam, we are taught to try our best and then leave the results to Allah.

That creates a sense of trust, where we believe that God has arranged sustenance for each of His creatures. By being thankful and praying, we can be more calm in facing life’s challenges.

“Through the Al-Quran, Allah SWT and Rasulullah SAW have given wasilah or means of obtaining sustenance. Despite the diversity of the wasilah, the source remains the same. That is, Allah SWT provides sustenance to His servants. All the gifts and favors come from Allah SWT, the Almighty God who owns everything.”

The matter is among the essence of the tazkirah delivered by the Religious Development Officer, Center for Islamic Dakwah (PDI), Ministry of Religious Affairs (KHEU) Awang Ahmad Muzhafar bin Haji Marsidi, from the Pehin Khatib Abdullah Mosque, Kampung (Kg) Kulapis during the Malam Munajat program the 155th time organized by KHEU, yesterday.
