KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Taylor Swift not making it to Travis Kelce’s game isn’t stopping her from celebrating his best game of the season.
On Sunday at The Eras Tour, Swift appeared to pay tribute to Kelce and the Kansas City Chiefs in New Orleans as she referenced his famous first-down hand gesture while performing “Midnight Rain” in a fan-captured video shared on X.
At her third and final Eras Tour Caesars Superdome gig, Swift followed up the pose by hinting at a potential three-peat Super Bowl win for the Chiefs, kissing her three fingers before holding them up in the air.
The gestures came on the same night Kelce scored his first touchdown of the season against the Las Vegas Raiders in a 27-20 winÂ
The Chiefs are undefeated to start the season, winning their first seven games. Swift’s three-finger gesture might signal she wants the team to win its third consecutive Super Bowl in February 2025.
This year’s Super Bowl is set to take place at Caesars Superdome. In her previous two nights in New Orleans, Swift also made a touchdown gesture and mimicked throwing a football into the crowd.
