YEREVAN, AUGUST 28, ARMENPRESS. The Armenian women’s shooting team became the silver medalist of the European Championship.
How? “Armenpress”was informed by the Shooting Federation of Armenia, the trio of Gohar Harutyunyan, Lilit Mkrtchyan, Arusyak Grigoryan became the silver medalist of the European Championship with a result of 1649 points.
The same source informed earlier that on August 28, the European championship of running target form started in Plzen, Czech Republic. Gohar Harutyunyan was awarded the title of the best in women’s 10m running target competition. The athlete representing Armenia won 6:2 in the semi-final and 6:1 in the final and won the title of champion. In the same competition, Arusyak Grigoryan is 5th with 550 points, and Lilit Mkrtchyan took 7th place with 547 points. In the men’s competition, Hovhannes Margaryan took 12th place with 556 points.
