BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN, 25 OCT- Secretary of the Muslim National Commission of the Philippines (NCMF), Yang Berhormat Sabuddin N. Abdurahim paid a courtesy visit to the Minister of Religious Affairs, Yang Berhormat Pehin Udana Khatib Dato Paduka Seri Setia Ustaz Haji Awang Badaruddin bin Director Dato Paduka Haji Awang Othman is located in the Dhiyafah Room, 5th Floor, Additional Building, Ministry of Religious Affairs, Jalan Dewan Majlis, yesterday.
The courtesy visit aims to strengthen bilateral relations between Brunei Darussalam and the Republic of the Philippines as well as exchange knowledge and experience in religious services, particularly in relation to the welfare and development of the ummah, Islamic education, Hajj affairs, religious education scholarships, halal industry, zakat and development endowment
The NCMF entourage is here to join Zakat Framework Workshop which takes place on October 24-25.
Present at the courtesy visit ceremony was the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Religious Affairs, Haji Mohammad Rosli bin Haji Ibrahim.
