Economy and business: Hav Eiendom has sold its 50 percent stake, and it is Olav Thon Gruppen’s subsidiary Thongård AS that is taking over Diagonale.
The property was completed in 2018. It consists of two buildings which, among other things, house TV 2, Vinmonopolet, Ræder and Vipps, as well as 308 student housing. The buildings are located close to the Opera.
Hav Eiendom is owned by Oslo Havn KF, which in turn is owned by Oslo municipality.
