BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN, 20 OCT – In order to encourage the public to prosper in congregational Fajr prayer, the Department of Mosque Affairs in collaboration with the Islamic Dakwah Center (PDI), the Islamic Preaching Development Division and the Omar ‘Ali Saifuddien Mosque are promoting the Program My mosque is prosperous, blessed country early this morning.
The program that took place at the Omar ‘Ali Saifuddien Mosque, Bandar Seri Begawan was also held in conjunction with the 34th Teacher’s Day Celebration through a tazkirah titled Quality Teachers Driving Educational Transformation which was delivered by the Assistant Religious Officer, Tutong District Dakwah Unit Office, PDI, Ustaz Muhammad Syahirul Syafiq bin Rashid immediately after the prayer.
The program also provides opportunities and facilities to the public by gaining the blessings of prospering the house of God, fulfilling the demands of prayer in congregation and grabbing rewards through reading wirid, before they start the day’s steps and cheerfulness for recreational activities or sports.
Also participating in the program were the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Religious Affairs (KHEU), Haji Mohammad Rosli bin Haji Ibrahim, together with the Deputy Permanent Secretaries of KHEU and the Ministry of Education as well as heads of departments, officials and teachers from educational institutions. under the Ministry of Education and KHEU.
