They are places of horror. Tens of thousands of people were murdered during the National Socialist era in the Brandenburg concentration camps of Ravensbrück and Sachsenhausen. With educational programs, exhibitions and lectures, the Brandenburg Memorials Foundation (SBG) tries to keep the memory of the people and their fate alive and to educate people about the ideology of the perpetrators.
