BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN, 20 OCT – To commemorate the history of the establishment of Kampung Bebuloh Activity House and to strengthen the brotherhood among the residents of Kampung Bebuloh, the Islamic Dakwah Center (PDI) held a Silver Jubilee Celebration Ceremony for the 25th Anniversary of Kampung Bebuloh Religious Activity House at Kampung Bebuloh Religious Activity House, Jalan Wasan Limau Manis yesterday.
The ceremony started with the recitation of Sayyidul Istighfar, Surah Al-Fatihah and followed by Surah Yasin and Prayer of Thanksgiving. The ceremony then continued with the planting of date trees which was completed by the Director of PDI, Haji Abd Rajid bin Haji Mohd Salleh, who was present as the guest of honor of the ceremony.
Seven palm trees were donated by Let Col. (B) Kamaluddin bin Gafar to be planted in conjunction with the Silver Jubilee of the Bebuloh Village Religious Activities House.
The event was held with the aim of encouraging cooperation with noble values through the activities carried out in addition to fostering a sense of love for the House of Religious Activities and as a sign of gratitude to Allah SWT.
With the Religious Activity House, the villagers can worship and do beneficial social activities thus fostering the spirit of living together in one community.
In addition, the spirit of love for the environment can be fostered by planting green trees.
Also present at the ceremony were Penghulu Mukim Pengkalan Batu, Awang Haji Ar’fan bin Haji Yusof and Acting Head of Kampung Bebuloh, Awang Md Firdaus bin Haji Md. Said @ Samrey.
