The Wishlist project supports young cancer fighters

BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN, 18 OCT – Project Wishlist organized by Suzuki Brunei ended this afternoon by announcing the name of the winner of the project which took place at the Suzuki Showroom, Gadong.

As part of the campaign, three lucky winners were selected from customers who purchased models such as Swift, Swift Sport, Ertiga and Jimny Three-Door between June 15 and September 30.

The top prize, worth $15,000, was awarded to Pengiran Mohd Al-Azeem bin Pengiran Aliuddin, while Hajah Azizah binti Haji Moktar and Awang Zaidin bin Murah each took home a cash prize worth $500.

“The winners were selected through an internal vote held on October 16, under the supervision of representatives from the management team of Baiduri Finance, BIBD At-Tamwil and Insurans Islam TAIB,” said Suzuki Brunei Brand Manager, Awang Adehelmie Ja’afar.

In addition, an event was also held which was a financial contribution in conjunction with a campaign organized by Suzuki Brunei.

Among other things, the campaign is aimed at supporting children who are fighting cancer.

Through the campaign, a portion of every car purchase and after-sales service was donated to the Children’s Cancer Foundation (YASKA), an organization that works to help young cancer patients in their fight.

Project Wishlist shows Suzuki Brunei’s solid commitment to corporate social responsibility (CSR).

Every customer interaction whether buying a vehicle or using their services can help fund activities for children with cancer, demonstrating Suzuki’s dedication to community well-being.

Suzuki Brunei in collaboration with YASKA is based on a shared vision to care for and support and show the real difference that Suzuki can make together in the lives of the young fighters.

According to Awang Adehelmie, “Suzuki is very happy to share the success of the Project Wishlistwhich raised $20,000 to help YASKA. This initiative emphasizes Suzuki Brunei’s dedication to meaningful contributions to society.”

The donation was presented by Awang Adehelmie to the President of YASKA, Dayang Tsara’ Nawwarah.
