In the struggle for solutions to the economic crisis, SPD leader Lars Klingbeil is increasing the pressure on the traffic light coalition and is demanding “massive investments” beyond the previously agreed growth initiative“We urgently need to bring energy prices down further in order to make them internationally competitive,” Klingbeil told the magazine “Stern”.
He reiterated his support for a Industrial electricity price and stressed the need State aid for network expansionin order not to pass on rising costs to consumers and companies.
With his demands, Klingbeil is against the FDPthe has so far rejected additional investmentsand increases the Pressure on Chancellor Olaf Scholz, who hesitates on the subject of industrial electricity prices.
