Tom Brady may be retired from the NFL, but that doesn’t mean he’s letting himself go.

The seven-time Super Bowl champ, 47, shared a workout circuit via Instagram Monday that helps him maintain his fit physique.

“Color analysts have to stay in shape too!” he quipped in the caption of the post, referencing his new role as a commentator for Fox Sports.

Brady then revealed – alongside some steamy shirtless pics – that he recently incorporated “some swimming” this year, as it provides “great muscle resistance and some aerobic cardio all at once.”

The ex-quarterback told fans he swims four 100-meter laps in freestyle form, then does four 25-meter laps fast and an additional 25-meter lap for recovery. He then finishes it off with two 200-meter freestyle laps.

Brady also lifts weights to build up his muscle mass, including doing 20 reps of a “weighted step up,” 20 reps of “heavy resistance” band pushups and 10 box jumps. He repeats this circuit a total of four times.

The father of three was praised in the comments section for staying in top shape, with some even asking him to return to the league to play for the Miami Dolphins – since the former athlete resides in Magic City.

While Brady has no plans to come out of retirement, he continues to make his health a priority.

Last September, he shared that he had lost 10 pounds since hanging up his jersey.

“I’m actually very fit right now,” the NFL champ said on the “Let’s Go” podcast at the time.

“I haven’t had the stress that I had while I was playing so that’s allowed me to focus a little bit more on my physical health.”

Brady’s discipline not only comes from years of playing football, however, as he teamed up with trainer Alex Guerrero in 2013 to form the TB12 Method, an eating and lifestyle guide he’s since followed.

The plan details everything from when one should wake up, work, relax, spend time with family and sleep.

The strict diet prohibits caffeine, white flour, white sugar, dairy products and anything with gluten. He also avoids vegetables like tomatoes, eggplants, peppers and mushrooms that may cause inflammation.

However, Brady previously admitted that he isn’t opposed to a cheat day here and there.

He told Men’s Health in 2019, “What’s changed as I’ve gotten older is now if I want pizza, I want the best pizza.”
