CLEVELAND, Ohio – A 70-year-old man was stabbed to death at an apartment building in Cleveland’s North Broadway neighborhood.
King Andre Todd of Cleveland was attacked about 5:45 p.m. at the Lourexis Apartments in the 5100 block of Hector Avenue, according to a police report and the office of the Cuyahoga County medical examiner.
Paramedics pronounced Todd dead at the scene, according to the police report.
Cleveland.com and The Plain Dealer reached out to police for additional details related to the shooting. No information on the stabbing was provided.
Homicide detectives are investigating the slaying.
Cleveland has recorded 87 homicides this year. At the same time last year, the city had 137 slayings.
