Watson rushed for a 1-yard touchdown to give the Browns a 7-0 lead late in the first quarter to cap off a 16-play, 89-yard drive for Cleveland.
On the drive, Watson looked sharp as he completed seven of eight passes for 83 yards.
He converted a third down with a 22-yard completion to Elijah Moore and also threw a 21-yard pass to Jerry Jeudy to convert a 2nd-and-20.
The 83 yards Watson had on the opening drive are nearly half of the 169 yards he had in the entire game vs. the Cowboys.
The Browns also showed an interesting wrinkle on Watson’s TD run, sending guard Zak Zinter and center Nick Harris out wide on motion. D’Onta Foreman was also lined up out wide and showed like he was ready for a pass before Watson ran for the score.
