EUGENE, Ore. — Today is a circled date for many college football fans.
Since the schedules were released, Oct. 12 has been a marquee date for the regular season.
The biggest matchup on the slate takes place in Eugene where No. 2 Ohio State faces No. 3 Oregon. Appropriately, ESPN’s College GameDay was on site.
The popular three-hour pregame show ended with its panel, along with a celebrity guest, picking various games.
The final game picked was between the Buckeyes and Ducks. Former Indiana and Louisville coach Lee Corso, a regular on the show, was not in Eugene on Saturday.
Who was the guest picker for Ohio State vs. Oregon?
Actress Kaitlin Olson was this week’s guest picker for College GameDay. She graduated from Oregon in 1997.
Olson most famously played the role of Deandra Reynolds — or “Sweet Dee” — in the FX show, “It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia.”
