(NewsNation) — A woman has filed a new lawsuit against Sean “Diddy” Combs, alleging that he and his entourage drugged and sexually assaulted her in 2018 as an act of retaliation.

The complaint, obtained by NewsNation, includes graphic details of the alleged assault against plaintiff Ashley Parham. She claims it was a form of “payback” after she told Diddy she believed he “had something to do with the murder of rapper Tupac Shakur,” as stated in the lawsuit.

Parham also claims that she was shot at and, at one point, grazed Diddy with a knife after he allegedly chased her down a flight of stairs.

She said she reported the incident to three police departments, including those in Walnut Creek and Orinda, California.

Ariel Mitchell, Parham’s attorney, joined NewsNation’s “Banfield” on Tuesday night to discuss why her client decided to return to the scene of the crime and spend the night after the alleged rape.

“I said to her the exact same thing, ‘What made you go back?'” Mitchell told Banfield. “She said, ‘Ariel, I knew you would say that. I knew you would ask me why did I go back.” And she said, ‘Honestly I don’t even have a good explanation.'”

Mitchell elaborated further, saying: “She had no purse. She had no keys. She had no cell phone. What was she supposed to do? And she was like, ‘I figured maybe since they left, I can at least go try and get my stuff back.'”

Six lawsuits were filed Monday against the music producer and rapper that allege he sexually assaulted two men and two women between 1995 and 2021.

These suits were filed anonymously in the Southern District of New York. Among them is one by a man who says he was a minor at the time of the assault. “Defendant Sean Combs routinely recruited individuals to parties, drugged them, and then sexually exploited them,” according to a complaint.

Attorneys for Combs told NewsNation the rap mogul “has never sexually assaulted anyone —adult or minor, man or woman.”

“The press conference and 1-800 number that preceded today’s barrage of filings were clear attempts to garner publicity. Mr. Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts, their legal defenses, and the integrity of the judicial process.  In court, the truth will prevail,” they said.

Previously, attorney Erica Wolff said Combs “cannot address every meritless allegation in what has become a reckless media circus.” “That said, Mr. Combs emphatically and categorically denies as false and defamatory any claim that he sexually abused anyone, including minors,” Wolff said in a statement.
