RICHMOND HEIGHTS, Ohio – A motorist reported Sept. 10 that she was approached by a woman with a gun in the Early Steps Learning Center parking lot after a road rage incident.
She said that the incident began in Euclid, and that she was followed to her current location, where the suspect yelled at her and her passengers while holding the gun.
The suspect had left the area before officers arrived, but witnesses corroborated the story told by the victim.
