WICHITA, Kan. (KSNW) – A 66-year-old Norwich woman was killed in a crash on Monday. The crash happened just before 10 a.m. at Kansas Highway 15 and NE 50th Street in Kingman County.
The Kansas Highway Patrol says a Chevy Silverado was eastbound on NE 50th Street and failed to yield at a stop sign. The Silverado struck a Toyota Sequoia that was northbound on K-14.
The woman driving the Sequoia, Gayle Thornbro, was killed in the crash. A 42-year-old Kingman man and 41-year-old Cunningham woman, both in the Silverado, were taken to Wesley Medical Center with serious injuries.
